Effective upon booking with Aesthetic Touch with Ersida
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Consultations
All new clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.
Some treatments may require a patch test 24–48 hours in advance.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
For skin treatments, please attend makeup-free where possible.

2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.
Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 72 hours may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
No-shows will be required to pay in full before any future appointments.

4. Age & Medical Restrictions
Clients must be 18+ for all injectable and semi-permanent treatments.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or certain medical conditions.

Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions for best results.

All care is taken to ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, Aesthetic Touch with Ersida cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes due to:

7. Photography & Marketing
Before and after photos may be taken for record-keeping and insurance.
